A Month with Wade

June 4th, 2014

I had little Wade a little over a month ago and what a crazy month it’s been.  I intended on posting pictures the week I had him, which obviously didn’t happen.  I also planned on my hospital stay being more of a vacation involving multiple books, photo sessions, naps, etc.  Well it was nothing like that.  It’s been the most difficult month of my life to say the least.  He is the cutest thing in the world and the boys are so proud of him.  He is not the hardest baby I’ve had, but he is definitely high maintenance and unaware that he is the youngest of 4.  You’d think the noise level in our house would clue him in.  I’ve also had problem after problem with my c-section and finally after 5 weeks am able to move around normally.  We love our little boy to pieces and while our days (and nights) are non-stop, we wouldn’t have it any other way.  He started smiling this week, which makes it all that much better.  All these pictures are from my phone.  Sadly I’ve yet to get out my real camera.  As you can see from the last picture, Wade is finally taking some naps on his own so hoping to get a few more things accomplished soon.
